Here is where we strive everyday to offer awesome support.

Our support has a couple of different steps but we promise it is very easy and we will be with you every step of the way.

Step 1

Help Desk

First, we have to initiate a live chat with one of our techs.  During the live session we are opening a help desk ticket to keep track of your issue and provide you and others like you with great support.  When you click the “Help Desk" button below you will be brought to the chat screen.  Our Chat is pretty simple.  First we need your email address.  If you are a student go ahead and use your @uviewstudents.org email address.  If you are a parent, you can use any email address you like.  Lastly Uview staff members please use your @uview.academy email address.

Step 2

Remote Screen Sharing Session

After you have already been working with a tech either on the phone or with live chat they may ask you to do a screen sharing session.  The button below will allow you to start a screen sharing session.
